We take our Belgian chocolate and swirl in some real barrel aged whiskey for an original taste here at Chocolate Moonshine!

The criollo bean (the world's best Cocoa bean) is used in our Belgian chocolate. It gives our fudge a rich full-bodied taste. Belgian Chocolate is Conched longer. (Ran between granite rollers for 7 days creating a finer smoother texture - this smooth texture is called the micron size. 

Our chocolate fudge loaded with mounds of tart sun-dried Oregon cherries and a bottle of 54% distilled Bourbon. 

A special formula that combines cream and other ingredients to create cheesecake taste and texture. There is no cream cheese or sour cream in this recipe. Chocolate is swirled with the cheesecake to make this fudge.

We use Grade AA medium dark roasted peanut butter made from Georgia peanuts.  As good - or better - than what Grandma makes!

The original fudge flavor!  Come in for a history lesson.  This is a very old-fashioned recipe that is made using brown sugar and molasses. It originated for those who were allergic to chocolate.  It has been described as having characteristics similar to Dulce de Leche, Butterscotch, caramel, or praline.  * It is pronounced "Pan-oooo-chee".
